Relocation of concrete climbing walls at the A40 Westway London, using 6-line double self propelled modular transporters, JPL picked up the large structure using the transporters hydraulic lift capability, maneuvered it across the site and placed in the new location to very fine tolerance. The smaller unit was lifted on and off the transporters, using a 300-ton capacity crane and specially designed sling arrangement to accommodate the odd shape and center of gravity.
